Referendum on our Neighbourhood Plan: Thursday 7th March 2019

A meeting of the City Executive Board was held on 18 December 2018 when the Examiner’s Report setting out his recommendations to modify the Plan were approved and it was agreed that the Plan, as modified, should now proceed to a Referendum.

This is your chance to support the Forum in developing and protecting our neighbourhood for the benefit of the whole community.  The Plan will help to ensure we:

• Have a say in future developments
• Protect the environment and the character of your area
• Support local projects

Polling Stations:

There are four polling stations open from 7am to 10pm on 7 March: 

  • Summertown United Reform Church, 294A Banbury Rd, Oxford OX2 7HN
  • Cutteslowe Community Centre, 31 Wren Rd, Oxford OX2 7SX
  • St Andrew’s Church, 9 Linton Rd, Oxford OX2 6UH
  • St Margaret’s Church, 19 St Margaret’s Rd, Oxford OX2 6RX

Deadlines for applying to Oxford City Council for postal and proxy votes:

  • Postal votes by 5pm on Wednesday 20 February 2019
  • Proxy votes by 5pm on Wednesday 27 February 2019
