HELP US!

The Neighbourhood Forum is being run by volunteers living in the area. Making a Plan is complicated and requires a good deal of professional input.

In addition to this, we have already built a website, held a number of public meetings and circulated thousands of leaflets to go around the area. All of this has been supported by a grant from Locality, an organisation set up by the government specially for the purpose. This money is now spent.

Next year we are likely to need at least £6,000 more to do the following:

  • Hold public meetings

  • Consult our plans across the whole area

  • Negotiate with the City Council

  • Take further technical advice

  • Write one further copy and print

To do this, we will require support from the residents of Summertown and St Margaret’s. If you, like us, think that this is an important activity to retain the character of the area, please consider supporting our work. While we value help of all sorts, we really need donations.
