Site owners Brydell Partners are planning to develop the retail area on the south corner of South Parade and Banbury Road. On 18th March, an exhibition of the proposals was held at URC in Summertown and comments were invited. The key features included renewal of all the retail sites at street level and 3 further storeys containing 150 student rooms above.
